Pink Accounting LLC (“we,” “our,” or “Firm”) provides bookkeeping and business incorporation services. The client (“you” or “Client”) agrees to the following terms:

1. Scope of Services
Our services are limited to bookkeeping, business formation, and related consulting services. All work is performed based on the information you provide. It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate information for us to perform our services.

2. Confidentiality / Privacy
All client information is treated as confidential. We will not disclose any nonpublic personal or business information except as: required by law, authorized by you in writing, or necessary to provide our services (e.g., filing business formation documents).

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information in accordance with professional standards and applicable regulations.

3. Fees, Retainers, and Payment
Service fees are due as outlined in our proposal or invoice. Work may not begin until any required retainer is received. Retainers may be required for new clients or projects at our discretion. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Fee structures can be flat rate for standard services such as business formation filings, bookkeeping setup, or monthly bookkeeping packages or hourly rate for consulting, troubleshooting, or special projects beyond the agreed scope.

All fees will be communicated clearly in writing before work begins.

4. Client Responsibilities
Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information in a timely manner, reviewing all deliverables and promptly notifying us of any errors or omissions, and for maintaining necessary records and backups for your business. We are not responsible for errors or delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.

5. Communication
All inquiries or requests regarding your account, services, or records should be submitted through our contact form. We will respond promptly to all messages received through this channel.

6. Limitation of Liability
Pink Accounting will perform services professionally and with reasonable care. However, we are not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, legal compliance, or results from business formation or bookkeeping services. In no event shall our liability exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to a claim.

7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions occasionally to reflect changes in services, fees, or legal requirements. The most current version will always be available on our website.
