Hi, I’m Irma - an accountant with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and close to a decade of practical experience. I started my career at a boutique CPA firm in New York City, where I built a strong foundation in tax, bookkeeping, and everyday financial operations. In 2017, I began working more directly with small business owners and independent professionals, helping them understand their numbers and maintain organized, accurate books.

I launched Pink Accounting as a way to offer consistent, dependable bookkeeping support without outsourcing or call-center barriers. All work is handled in the U.S., with an emphasis on clarity, accuracy, and open communication. I support clients using both QuickBooks Online and Xero, depending on what best fits their workflow and needs.

My focus is on helping businesses keep their financial records current and understandable, whether that means ongoing maintenance or bringing books up to date. I aim to make the financial side of running a business feel more manageable, so owners can make informed decisions with confidence. Because good bookkeeping isn’t optional - it’s essential.
